DMCA Policy

This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our website and services, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Filing a DMCA Notice (Takedown Request)
To file an effective DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If material you posted on Garlic Herb Prime Rib Roast was removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Garlic Herb Prime Rib Roast may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
